Had a fabulous time presenting at York Food Festival yesterday. The atmosphere around the festival was hot and buzzing. A good crowd came to watch me in the demonstration tent. I cooked Whitby Fish croquettes on a watercress salad with balsamic glaze followed by Mini Chocolate Pear Pie. I have to say both were delicious and really well received.
Don’t know if you got a chance to see it but there was a great pull-out in The Times newspaper on Saturday. It featured some of my favourite low calorie/5:2 fast diet recipes.
Just released today is a new diet day planner that helps you sort out your calories on a diet day.
You can fill it in in advance or use it to jot down the food you eat during the day.
