Today I am trying something new! Instead of counting calories two days a week, I am having two low carb days a week.
I want to find out whether its easier to cut back on carbs than calories and if it is as effective for losing weight.
I also want to know a little bit more about how it works, whether its healthy and if it affects how I feel on a diet day.
So here it goes my first low carb day. I am starting with Onion and pepper scrambled eggs with a black coffee.
I will let you know how it goes.
