1 hard dessert pear, peeled, cored and cut into quarters (60 cals)
200ml (generous ¾ cup) diet lemonade (6 cals)
• Place the pear quarters in a small saucepan and cover with the lemonade. Bring to a simmer and cook for 6 minutes. Alternatively, place the pears and lemonade in a microwaveable bowl and cook in the microwave for 8 minutes.
