I would recommend this if you really want to find a bread substitute while following a low carb diet. It is tasty and not “diety”. However, if you just want to cut the calories I would stick to a natural low calorie bread such as rye.
I really wanted to try this bread after finding it on Amazon (in the UK). It had excellent reviews and made some impressive claims: 1g carb per slice and only 58 calories. As I am trying to follow a low carb diet 2 days a week – a low carb version of 5:2 – I thought it would help curb my bread cravings.
