Decided I’d be a little bit more adventurous than chicken and chips. And am making my classic tomato sauce, which the children love, and poaching some chicken in it. I’ll then serve mine with some broccoli and the kids with some rice. Yummy. Can’t wait. I’m hungry!

The tomato sauce is very versatile and can also be used on pasta and pizza. This recipe serves four but if you make the sauce for four you can keep or freeze some and use ¼ of the sauce with one chicken breast.
