Had a fabulous time presenting at York Food Festival yesterday. The atmosphere around the festival was hot and buzzing. A good crowd came to watch me in the demonstration tent. I cooked Whitby Fish croquettes on a watercress salad with balsamic glaze followed by Mini Chocolate Pear Pie. I have to say both were delicious and really well received.
